Free PlayStation Plus games for August 2015

Sony has announced the lineup of free PS Plus games for August 2015.

PlayStation 4 users can enjoy Lara Croft: Temple of Osiris. The follows in the footsteps of Guardian of Light, with fast-paced cooperative play, puzzles, and treasure. PS4 users also get the classic adventure game Limbo.

PS4, PS3, and PS Vita users get two games - Sound Shapes, which revolves around musical platforming, fantastic visuals, and a powerful level creator; and Stealth Inc. 2, which is a puzzle platformer that tasks you with escaping a dangerous research facility in which death is readily distributed to your hapless clones.

Also available is God of War: Ascension, exclusively on PS3, that reveals the details of Kratos' initial betrayal by Ares while human, and the source of his rage.

Finally, for PS3 and PS Vita subscribers, CastleStorm is a 2D physics based tower destruction game, combining elements of real time strategy, resource management, and a blend of challenging scenarios.

All these games will be free for PS Plus members starting on August 4th.
