Next Generation Xbox reveal coming in May
Microsoft is ready to announce their future console plans
Microsoft are ready to showcase what they have planned for the next generation of Xbox.
On Tuesday May 21st, at 1pm ET/ 10am PT / 5pm GMT the company will "mark the beginning of a new generation of games, TV and entertainment." Microsoft will be holding a special press event called Xbox Reveal on the Xbox Campus in Redmond WA. The event will be broadcast live globally on Xbox.com, Xbox LIVE and on Spike TV if you are in the US or Canada.
More information is expected to follow shortly at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, the week of June 10th.
The Xbox 360 was the second video game console developed by and produced for Microsoft and the successor to the Xbox. It was released in November 2005. Competitor Sony revealed their next-generation PlayStation 4 a few weeks ago at a similar event.
