Microsoft details annual Summer of Arcade
New downloadable releases coming in July
Microsoft has revealed details about its now-annual event, Summer of Arcade.
Things kick off on July 18th with the release of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD (1200 MS pts) - the best elements of the classic THPS games have been updated to create an all new skateboarding experience.
July 25th sees the release of Wreckateer (800 MS pts) - step up to Kinect and join the the finest medieval demolition service in all the land.
Deadlight will hit XBLA on August 1st (1200 MS pts) - experience horror in this original cinematic survival platformer.
Hybrid is set for the debut on August 8th (1200 MS pts) - this third-person shooter is set in the near future, where global conflict exists between a species known as the Variant and a rebel human faction known as the Paladins.
Finally, Dust: An Elysian Tail will arrive on August 15th (1200 MS pts) - as the mysterious warrior, Dust, your action-packed journey will take you from peaceful glades to snowy mountaintops and beyond.
Just like in previous promotions, users who purchase any three of the five Summer of Arcade hits will get 400 Microsoft Points. The points will be automatically added to your account at the conclusion of the promotion.
