Black Ops tops Xbox Live charts for 2011
Call of Duty: Black Ops leads Modern Warfare 3 in 2011 as the top title on Microsoft's platform
Major Nelson has released the list of top 2011 games on Xbox Live based on player numbers.
The lists are based on Unique Users that connected to Xbox LIVE with full versions of games purchased between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011.
Call of Duty: Black Ops came out as the #1 LIVE title, followed by recently released Modern Warfare 3 at #2, and finally Modern Warfare 2 at the #3 spot. Rest of top 10 includes Skyrim, FIFA 11 and 12, Battlefield 3, and Halo Reach.
Pinball FX2 was named the top arcade title, with Full House Poker and Castle Crashers rounding up the top 3.
