Free PlayStation Plus games for June 2017
Action mayhem, time travelling drama, and more awaits this month
Sony has announced the lineup of free PS Plus games for June 2017.
First up, members on PS4 can download Killing Floor 2. In Killing Floor 2 players descend into continental Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech’s failed experiment has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union. The second free PS4 game for members is Life is Strange, an adventure that takes place in the fictional town of Arcadia Bay, Oregon, where senior student Max Caulfield returns after a 5 year absence. Reunited with her former friend Chloe, the pair will attempt to uncover the uncomfortable truth behind the mysterious disappearance of fellow student Rachel Amber.
On PS3, members can grab Abyss Odyssey, a side-scrolling action adventure game featuring a fighting engine in procedurally generated levels that destines its three warriors to battle for an eternity. The second free PS3 game is WRC 5: World Rally Championship, the annual entry from 2015 of the car racing simulation franchise.
Last but not least, PS Vita members can download Neon Chrome, a top-down cyberpunk shooter with rogue-like elements. Blast your way through enemies and walls with guns and cybernetic abilities. And finally, the second free PS Vita game is Spy Chameleon, an arcade-puzzle game where the player must avoid being seen thanks to the chameleon's ability to change colors and camouflage. Both the PS Vita freebies are also cross-buy with PS4.
These games will be free for PlayStation Plus members starting on the first Tuesday of the month.
