PS3 gets live HDTV recording device
PS3 getting digital downloads, HDTV recording device
Playstation 3 owners from Australia will be able to record HDTV from later this month as Sony continues to make the PS3 the ultimate in entertainment. Sony will also lunch a downloads store to directly download the latest movies, tv shows etc. straight onto your PS3 within the first quarter of next year.
The product, seen below, will reail for around AU $170. 'Play TV' as it's called will also have twin HD tuners allowing you to record more than one TV show at a single time.
Models available overseas will have access to instant Netflix streaming but nothing has been said about the overseas release so far.
