The list of the top games we saw this year
RAGE
Through the demo, we got to see all of the basic action mechanics of the game as well as the great visuals of the new engine. Things look very promising for this title, but only time will tell if RAGE is able to stand its ground against the inevitable comparisons to other established franchises in the genre.

Rock Band 3
Rock Band 3 promises to revolutionize the music gaming genre, and it has certainly taken big steps to achieve that goal. For those who found the previous games too easy, Pro on Expert will be a whole new challenge. Now, it can finally be said that if you want to play a real instrument, you can truly get started with Rock Band 3.

Spec Ops: The Line
Spec Ops: The Line will come with a full range of coop multiplayer modes, along with the usual competitive offerings. There is a beta for the game set to start soon, and only on Xbox 360 initially. There will be no coop campaign, because the developers believe the emotional toll must be experienced in single player.

Test Drive Unlimited 2
With an improved outset of multiplayer features, some interesting social gameplay components, a character progression system and tons of exotic cars to drive around a huge island, it’s not likely TDU 2 players will run out of things to do.

The Witcher 2
The build of Witcher 2 that we got to see at E3 was the first playable one, and the game looks great. With a new engine, better voice acting and dialogue, a revamped conversation system and still set in a dark and mature fantasy world, this RPG title looks very promising – for both fans and newcomers.
