Rolls-Royce debuts in Forza Motorsport 5
The first time the automaker has appeared in a racing video game
The latest content update for Forza Motorsport 5 has arrived and it brings new cars, plus a first for the franchise.
With this update, there are six new cars, all available at no extra charge to all players. A first for the Forza series; in fact, a first for video games - Rolls-Royce’s Wraith is making its debut in Forza Motorsport 5. This marks the first time Rolls-Royce has ever been featured in a racing game.
The other cars in the update include 2014 Renault Spark SRT_01E, 2013 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Tech Line Top Gear Edition, 2014 Infiniti Q50S, 2014 Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge, and 2015 Ford Mustang GT.
This content update also adds improvements to functionality. These include improved livery caching as well as some general improvements for the Thrustmaster and MadCatz wheels that are currently available for Xbox One.
Forza Motorsport 5 was released exclusively for Xbox One last year.
