Assassin's Creed 3 will apparently be out by March 2011, making it a fast turnaround for the series. It's being worked on by the same studio as the second game, Ubisoft Montreal.
It was also revealed recently that Assassin's Creed 2 sold 6 million copies on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 since it's launch on 19th November 2009. A PC version for Assassin's Creed 2 is planned for release in March 2010.
