Alan Wake Getting More Episodes via DLC
There will be more to Alan Wake's story than just what's on the disc, as Microsoft has confirmed that additional episodes for Remedy's so-called "psychological action thriller" will arrive as downloadable content following its spring release on Xbox 360.
"Imagine the TV show Lost as written by Stephen King and filmed by David Lynch, and you have Alan Wake," Microsoft executive Robbie Bach said of the game during a presentation at this year's CES. "Story-driven like a TV series, Alan Wake will be told in episodes, with even more episodes available on Xbox Live after its launch this year."
The first major release from Max Payne veterans Remedy Entertainment in nearly a decade, Alan Wake was also due on PC, but that version is now "up in the air."
