Alan Wake PC coming to North American retail
Retail distribution rights secured to release a boxed version of the game
Legacy Interactive and Nordic Games announced today the closing of a distribution deal for the PC boxed edition of Alan Wake in North America.
“We are thrilled to be bringing such an iconic title to North American retail.” said Steve Wall, Vice President of Legacy Interactive. “I have been a longtime fan of Remedy’s work. Max Payne was a true masterpiece and Alan Wake follows in its footsteps as a brilliant feat of storytelling and innovative gameplay.”
Apart from the original game, the PC version contains two pieces of downloadable content (The Signal and The Writer). A boxed version of the game was previously released in Europe.
Alan Wake was released for PC in February via digital stores, and is also available on Xbox 360.
