Online Communities announced for Madden NFL 12
Users can create and join Communities of up to 2000 like-minded players
EA Sports has announced its latest feature reveal for Madden NFL 12, Online Communities, which provides a new way for Madden NFL gamers to meet and play.
Users can create and join Communities of up to 2,000 like-minded players, competing on their own leaderboards based on customized game styles with more than 50 variables including: game length, gameplay sliders, game speed, penalties and more. Gamers will also be able to play head-to-head games within their community or team up with fellow members to play ranked Team Play against other communities. Users can join up to five communities at once to meet varying play styles.
Online Communities is the last feature reveal before Madden NFL 12 ships on August 30 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Full details can be found at the Online Communities Playbook on the Madden NFL website.
