Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in development

Nintendo has announced that Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are in development.
The Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games, the newest chapters in the Pokémon series, are coming to Nintendo Switch later this year. With these new titles, the Pokémon series takes a new step, allowing players to explore freely in an open world.
The three starting Pokémon for these titles are Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.
More details are promised in the future. The games are planned for launch in 2022 on Nintendo Switch, and developed by Game Freak.
