The Outer Worlds has a new date on Switch
The port of the RPG will arrive on Nintendo console this summer
Obsidian Entertainment, Virtuos Games, and Private Division have announced a new release date for The Outer Worlds on the Nintendo Switch.
Now set to launch on June 5, 2020, the retail version of the game will be available in both a physical cartridge and digital download. Upon release, the game will be accompanied by a day one patch that could take up to 6GB of space. This patch improves the overall experience by adding hi-res textures, various gameplay optimizations, and more.
The Switch version was originally planned to release earlier this year, but was delayed.
The Outer Worlds was first released on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 last year.
