Final DLC Pack for Call of Duty: Ghosts next week

Call of Duty: Ghosts caps off a season of content with the release of the fourth and final DLC pack, Nemesis, coming first to Xbox platforms on August 5.

Nemesis introduces four new multiplayer maps, each with unique Field Orders specific to the map, and includes the conclusion of Extinction's four-part narrative with "Episode 4: Exodus," where players fight for mankind's survival as the Cryptid invasion reaches its climax.

The four new small-to-medium multiplayer maps in Nemesis are Goldrush, Subzero, Dynasty and Showtime. Goldrush is set in an abandoned gold mine in the Southwest United States, where a network of cavernous tunnels and shafts create a setting for medium to long range combat; while two mine carts race along the abandoned tracks offering players a fast way to traverse the map. Subzero drops players into a frigid Canadian submarine base that has been hastily evacuated, with control room, submarine pen and research facilities all left empty.

In Dynasty, players are transported to a lakeside Chinese village surrounded by mountains, gardens, and spectacular architecture. Multiple pathways crisscross the village in this medium map with a variety of elevation and numerous back alleys that create flanking routes. Finally, Showtime is a reimagining of the small map from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare called Shipment. In the futuristic arena of Showtime, blind corners and narrow pathways surround the central square comprised of several shipping containers.

The DLC also offers a conclusion in the Extinction narrative, with Episode 4: Exodus. Following the CIF Unit's escape from the alien underworld and the successful recovery of Dr. Cross and the cortex, the team has flown in to fight off the Cryptid army's siege of the last bastion of human resistance. Your mission is to get key personnel to safety by restoring power to the shuttle and launching the shuttle to a low earth orbit space station.

Nemesis will be available beginning August 5th first, exclusively on Xbox Live for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for $14.99, or as part of the DLC Season Pass.
