EA Sports UFC patch adds new fighters
Three new UFC fighters, plus a host of gameplay fixes
Electronic Arts has released the first free Content Update for EA Sports UFC, featuring three new UFC fighters and various bug fixes.
The new fighters are bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, bantamweight contender Takeya Mizugaki and welterweight contender Tyron Woodley. In addition to the roster expansion, the Content Update also contains key gameplay additions and improvements including the addition of sprawls when defending power takedowns, updated fight finish that allow players to land extra shots as a fighter gets knocked out and new touch glove animations at the start of the round.
“From the forums to our social channels, we have been monitoring and listening to feedback from our fans. This content update is our first step in an ongoing commitment to delivering a constantly evolving and improving the game," said Brian Hayes, Creative Director.
EA Sports UFC was released earlier this year for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
