Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments also coming to Xbox One

Publisher Focus Home Interactive have announced that Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, the new investigation game developed by Frogwares studio, is now set for release on consoles and PC on early September 2014.

Previously announced for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, the title will also be released on Xbox One.

Crimes & Punishments marks an important stage in the Sherlock Holmes series. The decision by Frogwares studios to switch from the in-house engine to the Epic Unreal Engine 3 enables a much richer, more immersive and detailed rendering of both the environments and characters. The change of game engine has not only improved the graphics; new investigation techniques have been developed and the game can now offer 14 game mechanics.
