Xbox One Tour kicks off next week
Microsoft taking the new console on the road
Microsoft has announced the Xbox One Tour across US, Canada, and Europe.
Beginning on Oct. 1 through the end of the year, the Xbox team will visit over 75 different cities around the world through a series of events. The Area One tour will let fans get hands on with the Xbox One line-up of blockbuster games, while the Xbox One Test Drive will see Xbox hitting the road to give people hands-on gameplay in public places.
Area One will bring a large traveling tour to many markets around the world, including Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Vienna, Paris and Berlin. Fans will be able to try the likes of Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Crimson Dragon, Max: Curse of the Brotherhood, LocoCycle and more.
Additionally, Xbox will cruise the country in custom Test Drive vehicles, appearing at festivals, university campuses, retail centers and more. The Xbox team will visit over 175 Test Drive locations including Boston, Chicago, Arlington, Glendale, Green Bay, Tampa, Minneapolis, Miami, Seattle, Phoenix, Nashville, Denver, Toronto, as well as cities in France, Germany, and England, and more.
The Xbox One is planned for launch on November 22, 2013.
