Borderlands 2 getting retail DLC pack
Retail bundle will include two add-on campaigns and more
2K Games and Gearbox Software have announced the retail Borderlands 2: Add-On Content Pack which bundles into a single packaged product all of the digital content previously released.
The Borderlands 2: Add-On Content Pack adds hours of additional gameplay with the first two add-on campaigns, Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty and Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, as well as the fifth character class; weapon unlocks; new character heads and skins; and a Golden Key to unlock rare loot from the golden chest in Sanctuary.
Borderlands 2 is not included in this pack, but is required to play all of the included content. Does not require online connectivity to play.
The pack will be available in stores worldwide on February 26, 2013 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for $29.99. It is a $10 savings over buying the DLC individually.
Borderlands 2 is available now on Xbox 360, PS3, and Windows PC.
