BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition announced
Original games bundled before the next iteration arrives in 2013
2K Games, Irrational Games and 2K Marin announced today that before the upcoming release of BioShock Infinite, fans of the franchise and newcomers alike can experience everything that Rapture has to offer with the BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition.
The Ultimate Rapture Edition includes BioShock, BioShock 2, and add-on content for both games. It also includes a trip to the never-before-seen Museum of Orphaned Concepts, providing a rare look at early concept art and character models that never made it into BioShock.
Available in North America on January 14, 2013, BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition will be priced at $29.99 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The Edition will be available in some international territories at a later date.
The next game in the series, BioShock Infinite, is expected to launch in March 2013 on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
