Street Fighter X Tekken dated, PC version anounced
Crossover fighting title is coming to consoles in March, PC version on the way
At New York Comic-Con over the weekend, Street Fighter X Tekken producer Yoshinori Ono revealed new info about the upcoming fighting game.
The title will include a Gem System, a customizable power-up system that creates an exciting way for everyone to experience the Street Fighter and Tekken fighting systems. Players can choose from dozens of Gems that modify characters’ abilities and stats.
Ono-san also announced the Special Edition of Street Fighter X Tekken for North America, which includes the game, Build-It-Yourself Arcade Cabinet Bank (approximately 5”H), Exclusive Prequel Comic Book by UDON, and 45 extra Gems.
Street Fighter X Tekken is headed to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 6, 2012. Also announced by Ono-san at New York Comic-Con, a PC version has just began development. More details on the PC version will be revealed in the future.
