The Division Heartland cancelled
Free to play spinoff shooter no longer in development
Ubisoft has revealed that Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland is no longer in development.
First announced in 2021, the game was planned to be a free-to-play multiplayer survival action title, developed by Red Storm Entertainment, as a spinoff of the main The Division franchise.
In a statement, the publisher said that "In line with the increased selectivity of its investments, Ubisoft has decided to stop development on The Division Heartland and has redeployed resources to bigger opportunities such as XDefiant and Rainbow Six.”
The Division Heartland was originally planned to release for PC and consoles.
