Free PlayStation Plus games for May 2024

Sony has announced the lineup of free PS Plus games for May 2024.

First on for PS4 and PS5 members is a free download of EA Sports FC 24, the first game under the new EAFC branding. It promises HyperMotionV technology, playStyles optimised by Opta, and an enhanced Frostbite Engine with redesigned player models, smoother animations and visibly unique characteristics.

Next is a free download of Ghostrunner 2 for PS5 members. Ghostrunner 2 is a hardcore first person slasher set in a post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk world. The game promises more boss fights, new interactive story, motorbike levels, improved skills, and more cyber ninja action.

Also free this month for PS4 and PS5 members is Tunic, an isometric action adventure about a tiny fox in a big world. Embark on an adventuresome questabout set in that place just beyond the farthest you’ve ever been! Explore ancient ruins, fight monsters and uncover mysterious secrets.

Lastly, PS4 and PS5 members also get Destiny 2: Lightfall. This Destiny 2 expansion takes Guardians to Neptune. Meet the Cloud Striders, join the fight against the Shadow Legion, and prevent devastation in the technologically advanced secret city of Neomuna.

These titles will be available to PlayStation Plus members starting Tuesday, May 7.
