Immortals of Aveum slightly delayed
Magic shooter action game delayed by a month
Ascendant Studios and Electronic Arts have announced that Immortals of Aveum has been slightly delayed.
The game was originally planned for a mid-July launch, but will now release on August 22, 2023. "In order to realize our full vision, we are going to take a few extra weeks. This will give us time to further polish the game, finish optimizing all platforms, and deliver a strong launch," said the developers.
Immortals of Aveum is a single-player, first-person magic shooter. Players assume the role of Jak, as he joins an elite order of battlemages, masters all three colors of magic - blue, green, and red - and combats legions of enemies with chained attacks and well-timed counters.
The title is planned for launch on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
