Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 announced
Sim series will return with updated engine and more structured content
Xbox Game Studios and Asobo Studio have announced Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
This new simulator is designed to take advantage of the latest technologies, and will be powered by the significantly evolved Asobo Studio engine. The new game promises structured content such as rescue missions involving airplanes and helicopters, air racing, and other activities. More details are promised in the future.
Most recently, Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) was released by the same developers and used AI and satellite imagery to compose the entire planet for players to fly across.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will be available day one on Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Windows 10/11, and Steam.
