Fall Guys going free to play

Game also arriving on more platforms, with cross play

Developer Mediatonic have announced that Fall Guys is going free to play - and adding more platforms this summer.

On June 21, 2022 the arcade game will be available for free across PC and PlayStation 4 - and will also make its debut on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Cross-play, cross-platform parties and cross-progression fully supported with the use of an Epic Games Account - which is required, no matter what platform you choose to play on.

PlayStation and Steam players who already have a copy of Fall Guys will continue to receive all the usual updates (such as new seasons, patches and fresh features). However, new players will no longer be able to download Fall Guys on Steam — it will only be on Epic Games Store.

The developers will be awarding a new Legacy Pack to everyone that purchased and played Fall Guys before the June 21 launch. This will contain a nickname, nameplate, the Regal costume, the Veggie Dog costume, the Feisty Dwarf costume – and a Season Pass for Season 1.

Fall Guys made its debut in 2020 as part of PlayStation Plus program.
