Cloud Gaming coming to Xbox consoles
The streaming option will arrive on consoles later this year
During the Xbox Gamescom 2021 Xbox stream today, the company has announced that cloud gaming is coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One this holiday.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play over 100 games in the Xbox Game Pass library without having to download or wait for installs. Testing will take place as part of Xbox Insider program this fall.
To ensure the highest quality experience across the broadest set of devices, the program will support up to 1080p and at 60fps, just like Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) across PCs, phones and tablets.
Microsoft has been testing the Cloud Gaming offering on other platforms since last year.
