Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 delayed to next year
The upcoming action RPG sequel severely pushed back
Paradox Interactive and developer Hardsuit Labs have announced that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has been delayed into next year.
The game was originally planned to launch in the first half of 2020, but will now be out sometime in 2021.
The developers issued a statement, saying: "Due to the quality bar and ambitions we have set for ourselves, we have made the difficult decision that we need more time. Moving launch is one of the changes we are making to ensure the best player experience possible."
Bloodlines 2 is the successor to RPG Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodline and will feature reactive storytelling and melee combat. Players will become a vampire and explore the city streets of Seattle.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is planned for release on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, and PS5.
