Divinity: Original Sin 2 supports local co-op
Split-screen and controller support confirmed for upcoming RPG
Larian Studios has announced new features to be included in Divinity: Original Sin 2.
The upcoming RPG sequel will include controller support and split-screen mode for PC, meaning you can now play co-op mode on one screen with a friend. Other features revealed are Skill Crafting and Rune Crafting. There will also be Source Skills such as letting you resurrect or consume a fallen character.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 promises a darker and more expansive story than its predecessor. Set a thousand years after the original, Divinity: Original Sin 2 puts players in the role of a renegade user of forbidden magic. Our heroes will decide who will be the next god of Rivellon and what that god will do with its powers.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 is currently in Early Access and is scheduled for full launch on PC this September.
