Take-Two Interactive Software reports FY17 financial results
Net revenue grew 26% to $1.780 billion for the publisher
Take-Two Interactive Software today reported strong results for fiscal year 2017, ended March 31, 2017.
Net revenue for the year grew 26% to $1.780 billion, as compared to $1.414 billion in fiscal year 2016. The largest contributors to net revenue in fiscal year 2017 were Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, NBA 2K16 and NBA 2K17, Mafia III, WWE 2K17, and Sid Meier’s Civilization VI.
Digitally-delivered net revenue grew 32% to $921.7 million, as compared to $697.7 million in fiscal year 2016. Recurrent consumer spending accounted for 50% of digitally-delivered net revenue, or 26% of total net revenue.
For Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2018, the company expects net revenue to range from $1.95 to $2.05 billion. During the year, Take-Two expects to release two Mafia III DLC packs, NBA 2k18, WWE 2K18, and Red Dead Redemption 2.
