Vanquish coming to PC
The 2010 action game is set to debut on Steam this month
SEGA has announced that PlatinumGames' sci-fi action shooter Vanquish will launch for PC via Steam on Thursday May 25th, 2017.
Those who pre-order the game will receive the Digital Deluxe Edition which includes a 5 track soundtrack sampler, character and enemy avatars, art book and exclusive wallpapers. Fans who already own Bayonetta on Steam or purchase it before May 25th 2017, will automatically get 25% off when they pre-order Vanquish.
Directed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of the Resident Evil series, Vanquish is a sci-fi shooter that sees players take the role of Sam, a government agent kitted out with a futuristic battle suit. A versatile fighter with a huge arsenal of weaponry at his disposal, Sam also has an array of martial arts skills that he can use to take down his robot enemies.
The PC port promises many optimized options, including an unlocked framerate, 4k resolution support, extensive graphics options and full keyboard and mouse support.
Vanquish was originally released back in 2010 for PS3 and Xbox 360.
