Operation Red Crow due Nov 17 for Rainbow Six: Siege
Game is free to try this weekend on PC and PS4
The fourth major update for Rainbow Six: Siege is due out on November 17th for all season pass holders. Operation Red Crow contains two new operators—Hibana and Echo—along with a new map called Skyscraper. Both of the new operators are Japanese S.A.T. Operators.
Hibana is a master of explosives and is equipped with the SuperNova and Type-89 as primary weapons. She can gain access to high-risk areas.
Echo is a tactical Operator also equipped with the SuperNova, along with the MP5SD4 as primary weapons. He excels at close quarters combat.
Season pass holders will be able to use the above Operators seven days before they can be purchased using in-game credits. Other players can buy them on November 24th. The new map Skyscraper will be available to all players on the 17th. This map is perched above the streets of Nagoya, Japan, where Operators have to neutralise an organised crime threat within a Yakuza-filled mansion.
Rainbow Six: Siege is free to play this weekend on PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam and Uplay), from the 10th to the 13th of November. This is the first time the game has been free on the PS4.
Rainbow Six: Siege released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in December last year.
