COD: Advanced Warfare final DLC is Reckoning
Fourth and final DLC pack for the shooter will release next week
Activision and Sledgehammer Games will conclude the DLC season for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with the release of the fourth and final DLC pack, Reckoning.
Coming first to Xbox Live, Reckoning features four all-new maps, the return of the Exo Grapple playlist and the conclusion to Exo Zombies.
Reckoning's four new multiplayer maps all feature the new Exo Grapple mechanic. In Overload, enjoy the grand view of downtown New Baghdad from a compound, with multiple levels and long perimeter site-lines highlight medium to long-range combat. In Quarantine, an island has been converted into a biological testing center, with a variety of tight corners and open areas.
With Fracture, players enter an arctic excavation site. Take refuge behind wind turbines and heavy equipment through large combat areas cradled on the shelf of a glacier. Finally, Swarm takes places in Seoul, South Korea, with narrow corridors packed with vehicles and equipment.
The DLC also includes the final Exo Zombies episode, Descent. In the last episode, the team and new member Bruce Campbell (Army of Darkness, Burn Notice), are about to escape from the Atlas aircraft carrier on which they've been stranded. But before they do, they discover their friend and original squad member, John Malkovich, has been turned, and is now among the undead.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Reckoning will be available first on Xbox Live for $14.99 on August 4. The Reckoning DLC Pack is also included in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's DLC Season Pass. As usual, the DLC will arrive on other platforms later.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC is developed by Sledgehammer Games with additional development by Raven Software and High Moon Studios.
