Q.U.B.E: Director's Cut out next week
First person puzzle game making console debut
Publisher Grip Games has finalised the console release dates for Q.U.B.E.: Director's Cut.
Q.U.B.E. launches on both PlayStation 3 and 4 in the US on 21 July, and supports cross-buy. The game will be available globally on Xbox One on 24 July, and the Wii U version will follow in August.
In Q.U.B.E. ('Quick Understanding of Block Extrusion'), you awake in a spaceship, your only hope being the clever manipulation of a collection of physics-bending blocks, to discover all the secrets of the ship, and find your way home. The console edition adds exclusive new levels including Against The Qlock, with time trials to win you a place on the scoreboards.
The game was originally released on PC in 2011. We said "This game should slake your thirst for first person puzzling, at least for a while, but it's not a breakout title" in our Q.U.B.E. Review.
