Dead or Alive 5 released for PC
Marks the series' debut on the platform
KOEI TECMO has announced that Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is now available for PC via the Steam Store. DOA 5 Last Round marks the series’ first release on PC.
Last Round packs all of the content from the original DOA5 release, as well as post-release DLC and minor gameplay tweaks and improvements.
The PC version supports resolutions up to 4K as well as antialiasing compatibility. An online multiplayer mode is expected to arrive in the form of a patch within three months following the game’s release. Until then, a 10% off discounted price will remain in effect.
On the other hand, fans have pointed out that the PC version is lacking in some areas. There are no Steam achievements and no support for the Steam Cloud. Nor is there keyboard control customisation options. The game is also seemingly not using to create the Xbox One and PS4 versions, said to be the best looking.
The fighting game was also released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 in February.
