Atari reveals Alone in the Dark: Illumination
Remake of the classic horror title coming to PC this year
Atari today announced details for the upcoming release of re-imagined classic survival horror-genre title Alone in the Dark: Illumination.
Available in Fall 2014, the game will feature a mix of new twists, storylines and gameplay. Alone in the Dark: Illumination promises to give players the power of illumination and a cooperative multiplayer mode. To survive, players must fight through challenging missions and dynamic environments filled with beasts in order to rid an abandoned town of its mysterious curse of Darkness, and free fellow playable hero characters including the Hunter, Witch, Engineer and Priest – each armed with a unique set of special abilities and weapons.
Pure FPS, a new game development studio, is working on Alone in the Dark: Illumination for PC.
