Jason Graves to compose Soul Suspect soundtrack
BAFTA Award Winning Composer scores the supernatural game
Two-time British Academy of Film and Television Arts award-winning American composer Jason Graves was recruited to create a score for Murdered: Soul Suspect.
Known for a sophisticated composition style, unique musical textures and cinematic orchestral writing for franchises such as Tomb Raider and Dead Space, Jason Graves also composes for film and television including the upcoming feature films Adrenaline and Unknown Caller.
Graves' atmospheric score for Soul Suspect hopes to illustrate the game's story and character arcs through a visceral hybrid approach, combining themes and textures performed by live string quartet with found sounds and experimental percussion.
Murdered: Soul Suspect sees players take the role of Ronan O'Connor, a detective with a checkered past, whose life is brought to an untimely end by a brutal and relentless killer. Unable to move on and stuck in the limbo world of Dusk, he won't find peace until he can bring his killer to justice from the afterlife.
Murdered: Soul Suspect releases June 3rd in North America and June 6th in Europe on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
