Sony adds more value to PlayStation Plus program
Users who purchase a subscription now get two games per month on all Sony platforms
As the PlayStation Plus program reaches its 4th year milestone, Sony has announced new changes that will bring further value to the subscribers.
Starting in June, members will have access to two titles per month for each of the supported platforms - PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. Then starting in July, every title in the Instant Game Collection will be available the first Tuesday of the month, and will be free for the month, until the first Tuesday of the following month, taking the guesswork out of how long the game will be available for free.
Consequently, the June PS+ games are Trine 2: Complete Story and Pixeljunk Shooter Ultimate for PS4; NBA 2K14 and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time for PS3; and Terraria with Mutant Mudds Deluxe for PS Vita.
Sony started the PlayStation Plus program as a way to bring more features and free games to the community. This service is optional on PS3 and PS Vita but is required for online play on PS4.
