Dead Rising 3 ships one million copies
Capcom happy with growing popularity of Xbox One launch title
Capcom has said that Dead Rising 3 has surpassed one million unit sales for shipments in Europe, North America, and other Xbox One launch markets, as of December 20, 2013.
As of December 31, 2013, cumulative shipments of the Dead Rising series has totaled over 7 million units worldwide. Dead Rising 3 is Capcom's first title on next generation of consoles.
Capcom is aiming to sustain sales of Dead Rising 3 by launching additional downloadable content in the coming months.
Dead Rising 3 launched alongside the Xbox One exclusively, back in November 2013.
