Freedom Cry DLC for AC IV: Black Flag out today
New single player story DLC released for pirate themed title
Ubisoft has announced that Freedom Cry, the new single-player add-on content pack for Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, will be available for download today for $9.99 on all platforms (minus Wii U).
Once a pirate, now a trained Assassin and illustrious member of the Brotherhood, Freedom Cry tells the story of Adewale 15 years after the events of Black Flag. Taking place in 18th-century Haiti, Adewale will take his new crew and new set of weapons, including a machete and a blunderbuss, to assassinate enemies, and free slaves. When the fight goes to the seas, Adewale will command the Experto Crede, a fearsome brig that can take down the slavers in the Caribbean.
Black Flag Season Pass is available now for $19.99 and includes Freedom Cry, as well as the exclusive Kraken Ship Pack, additional single-player missions, weapons, skins, and collectibles, and multiplayer packs such as Blackbeard’s Wrath add-on content as well as upcoming new characters.
Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag is in stores now for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Wii U.
