Free DLC for Company of Heroes 2 next week
Turning Point adds new maps, commanders, and editor tool
SEGA has announced that Company of Heroes 2 will undergo a free update called Turning Point next week, on November 12, 2013.
This update will include a host of free content, including items created by and for the game’s community. The multiplayer roster is being bolstered with two additional multiplayer maps, the industrial Rails and Metal and the urban Lazur Factory. Plus, four new Commanders, two per faction, are being introduced into the game’s multiplayer and skirmish modes. One Commander from each faction was designed by members of the community during a visit to Relic this summer.
Finally, the often-requested World Builder tool will enable players to design and share their own multiplayer maps for the game.
Company of Heroes 2 was released this summer for PC.
