Star Trek Online subscription prices
Details of the subscription models have been released, including the lifetime subscription that has been available for many ex-MMOs
Got a spare $240 handy? Well that's the cost of the Star Trek Online lifetime subscription. Assuming the game is still alive you'll need to play for about 25 months for it to be better value than paying in 6 months installments.
Lifetime - $240
6 months - $80
3 months - $42
1 month - $15
Keep in mind other MMOs such as Hellgate London have offered lifetime subscription models before. In the case of Hellgate London the game lasted about 14 months before it was shut down. Although in that case the lifetime subcription was considerably less at $150 which means many lifetime members almost got their money's worth.
Star Trek Online is coming to PC early February.
