First DriveClub details

Developers at Evolution Studios have provided first details about the newly announced PS4 racing game, DriveClub.

"We expanded our vehicle handling and design team so that together, we have over 50 years’ experience working on the most prestigious racing titles out there, including – WRC, Formula 1, Gran Turismo, MotorStorm, WipEout, Project Gotham Racing, GRID 2 and many more," said Matt Southern, Game Director.

Developers collaborated with the best car companies in the world, working with them to create the most detailed and authentic car interiors and exteriors possible. The result promises to be immersive and visceral, with first-person racing being a key offering.

The racing title aims to focus on team based racing, meaning collaborative and competitive events, a strong sense of community, drop in and out races, and more.

DriveClub is currently in development for PlayStation 4.
