A demo has been released for GT5 on European and Japanese PSN

A demo for Gran Turismo 5 has been released on the European Playstation Network alongside a lot of content updates on the network. This demo weighs in at approximately 200MB and features one track and two cars.
The demo was originally available on on the Japanese PSN with English menus but now it has been released along with a number of updates to European PSN customers.
Gran Turismo is releasing March 2010 exclusively for the Playstation 3
