The Walking Dead game coming to retail
Season 1 of the episodic game hitting stores in December
Telltale Games has announced a retail version of The Walking Dead Season 1, with a target release date of December 4th, 2012 in North America.
Alongside the standard game release, The Walking Dead - Collector's Edition (GameStop Exclusive) was also revealed at $69.99. It includes exclusive Charlie Adlard cover art; over 1,000 pages collecting the first 48 issues of Robert Kirkman's comic book series; Collector's Edition box with Charlie Adlard artwork; Game disc containing the entire first season including Episodes 1 through 5.
The Walking Dead Compendium One will be priced at $29.99 and include the five episodes from the first season of the game.
Retail editions of season 1 are coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 - no PC retail version is planned at this time.
