Season 6 for Modern Warfare III released

Season six of Modern Warfare III is now available on all platforms. The season comes with one brand new 6v6 map, Drive Thru, which takes place in and around a clown-themed restaurant. Another map, Mad Cow, is a variant of the existing Meat map. Plus there are also no less than five variants of the popular Shipment map, including one with bright colored blocks and another one set on a sunny day.

Several returning modes are back this season, including Hordepoint, Infected, and Arcade. Two new weapons are available via the battle pass, as free unlocks if you progress to the associated tiers. The DTIR 30-06 is a slow-firing battle rifle and Kastov LSW is a fast-firing light-machine gun, with a quicker reload.

Two operators are also available if you purchase the battle pass this season: Farah Karim and Mike Myers. There will also be a number of Halloween-themed skins in the store, including promotional skins associated with Smile 2, The Walking Dead, and Terrifier.

Season six launched on September 18th 2024 and it will be the final season for Modern Warfare III before the release of Black Ops 6 on October 25. The first season of Black Ops 6 is expected to begin sometime around the start of December.
