Astro Bot announced

Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Team ASOBI have announced Astro Bot, a new action adventure title.

The game promises 6 galaxies and over 80 levels to explore in search of ASTRO’s scattered crew. Players can dive down to each unique planet, from lush forests, sandy beaches, hot volcanoes to more surprising locations such as a gigantic hourglass or the canopy of a singing tree. To get help on his mission, ASTRO can use over 15 new abilities offering unique play styles.

There are also 70 types of enemies, including bosses at the end of each galaxy. Defeating each boss will uncover a secret, and there is an option for die-and-retry levels.

Astro Bot is planned to launch on PlayStation 5 on September 6, 2024.
