PC players first to unlock Bad Company 2 map
Bad Company 2 PC players beat the consoles to unlock the new Operation Hastings map
PC players in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam now have access to the "Operation Hastings" map, having completed the required 69 million team actions.
Those on Xbox 360 are about halfway through the unlock challenge, while PS3 players are approaching 30 million actions, as seen on the official website.
The challenge was issued by developers DICE in order to see which community can work together better and unlock this free map the fastest. The competition began on December 26th and required players to complete team acts, such as spotting enemies, healing, reviving, repairing and resupplying ammo.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam is the first DLC expansion to the shooter, now ready for download on PC, Xbox LIVE, and PSN.
