Separate Ways DLC released for Resident Evil 4
Play as Ada Wong in the new side story for the 2023 remake
Capcom have released the Separate Ways DLC for Resident Evil 4. In the new DLC, players will take control of Ada Wong, who arrived at the remote village before Leon Kennedy. She is looking for the precious material known as “the Amber”.
Under the orders of Albert Wesker, Ada will cross paths with Leon Kennedy and players get to see what happens on her side of the story. Returning with this DLC is Ada’s unique Grappling Gun. It allows players to move around the terrain and reach distant areas. She can also grapple enemies to bring herself closer, or launch directly into melee takedowns. Both the gunplay and knife mechanics of the main campaign are also present in the DLC.
In addition to the paid DLC, a free update to The Mercenaries mode is brings Ada Wong and Albert Wesker as playable characters. The Separate Ways DLC is available for purchase now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, for $10 USD.
