MMO New World getting first expansion
Mounts and progression changes are coming
Amazon Games have announced that New World: Rise of the Angry Earth, the first expansion for the open world MMORPG, will launch October 3.
New World: Rise of the Angry Earth introduces mounts, new progression which increases the level cap to 65, as well as new gear rarity, weapon, a transformed Zone, a new end-game Expedition, Heartrune ability, and more.
The southeastern tip of Aeternum, formerly known as First Light, has been invaded by the powers of Artemis and the Angry Earth. Explore the raised structures of this magical new landscape and battle the ferocious beasts that have taken refuge in the verdant, unsettled terrain.
The expansion will be priced at $29.99 USD. New players can pick up both the base game and the expansion for $69.99 USD as part of the New World: Elysian Edition bundle. More details can be found at the official website.
New World is an open world MMORPG that made its debut in September 2021.
